CLANWILLIAM HOUSE

This large, well-situated home consists of one bedroom fitted with both double and single bed, another double bedded room, a third bedroom with a double and two singles and a fourth bedroom with four single beds.

Capable of sleeping up to thirteen people in total, it is the ideal place for family get togethers, golfing groups or large groups generally.

This four bedroom home is equipped with central heating, self-contained kitchen with stove and fridge, large lounge room, sunroom, separate dining room and two bathrooms (one with bath). All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided to cater for those hearty mountain appetites.

There's plenty of room, including an enclosed yard containing barbeque facilities and an outdoor eating area.

Tariffs

Blankets and pillows are all supplied, however please note that linen is not included. You must bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.

Linen may be hired at the following rates:

Double set - $8.00
A double set consists of two double sheets, two pillowcases, two towels and two tea towels.

Single set   $8.00
A single set includes two single sheets, one pillowcase and towel.

Please give three days prior notice for linen hire.
